A guided journey of discovery to yourself and your strengths with inspiring stations, in which you gain tangible access to self-confidence, clarity, authenticity, sovereignty and your dormant potential from the outside in. With horses as valuable companions and mirrors.
In this experiential workshop, you will immerse yourself in a different world, namely that of horses. This shared journey with the horses is partly accompanied by music.
You will gradually get to know the "outer world" of horses, just like traveling to a new country, and will become more and more familiar with these sensitive creatures through various guided exercises. This not only results in fascinating parallels to your usual everyday world, but also in exciting reflections on your inner world.
In this program, the path to yourself leads from the outside in.
Tried and tested, tangible, pragmatic, easily transferable and often with beautiful goosebump moments that you won't forget.

Requirements:
In general, previous knowledge of horses is not necessary. On the contrary, it is actually very helpful to get involved with horses with an open mind. This is done step by step at a pace that is right for you. We meet horses at eye level. In the truest sense of the word, namely from the ground.
Duration:
The experience workshop lasts three days. It starts on a Thursday at 10:00 am. The end is on Saturdays at 16:00.
